SALON AND SPA GIFT CARDS
Gift cards can be purchased for any service or in any denomination.  Our gift cards are elegantly wrapped for special presentation.  They are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash and expire one year from the date of purchase.  Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced and are the property of Divine Designs Salon and Spa.
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A $25 deposit per person is required to hold a reservation for special event styling and makeup services.  A $50 deposit is required per person to reserve any spa service or salon chemical service.  A $100 deposit is required per person when reserving spa packages.  The deposit is non-refundable if unable to cancel or keep your appointment 24 hours in advance and 48 hours for packages.  We accept cash, credit cards or your gift card may be used for the deposit.
CONFIRMATION
A courtesy call is made 24 hours in advance from our concierge to confirm your reservation.  For maximum availability we recommend that you reserve your next service prior to leaving our salon and spa.
DIVINE ATMOSPHERE
To enhance the atmosphere of peacefulness and tranquility children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the salon without an appointment.  No children under 16 are permitted in the spa without a reservation.  We require a signed parental consent form for minors before receiving spa services.  Cell phones and pagers must be turned off once inside in consideration of our guests.  Please contribute to our serenity by speaking softly.  Smoking is not permitted in our salon or spa.
SPA GUEST CHECK
We ask that you check in 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time to change, relax and clear your mind in our recovery room.  Late arrivals will result in adjusted treatment time.
DRESSING AREAS
We have provided changing facilities for both men and women including Hydro Swiss Showers.  We offer robes and slippers for your comfort.
COUPLES SUITE
Relax in privacy with a special friend as our therapists perform a body treatment or massage for each of you.
SPA CUISINE
A delicious lunch can be served in our recovery room with a 24-hour request.
SPA PARTIES
Bridal, birthday and prom parties, special occasions and corporate events can all be enjoyed here.  Call for a reservation and let us arrange your memorable event.
PEDICURE AND NAIL SUITE
For the ultimate nail care experience.
CORRECTION POLICY
Your satisfaction is our goal.  Please allow our management and technicians the opportunity to make adjustments.
WE ACCEPT
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Cards, Debit Cards, and Personal Checks with a valid driver's license.  A $40 fee will be charged for bank returned checks.
HOURS
Monday, Friday and Saturday from 8:30 am to 6 pm.  Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30am to 9 pm.  Our salon closes at 4:30 pm pm select Fridays for our staff meeting.
HOLIDAYS
To enjoy the season with our families, we are closed the week between Christmas and New Years.  Please book your reservation accordingly.
PRODUCT SYSTEMS
Our team is professionally trained and licensed to recommend the proper product systems for hair, skin, nails and body.  Daily use will enhance the treatment you received and maximize its benefits.  Your purchases help support training programs for our salon and spa professionals.
