JUNIOR DESIGNERS are skilled and supported by both a mentor
and salon director.
(D) - DESIGNERS have acquired experience through extensive
education and serve as mentors.
(M) -
MASTER DESIGNERS have a wealth of experience, education,
have mastered their craft and serve as mentors.

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY – We require a valid
credit card or gift card number to reserve appointments
which require over 30 minutes of service time. We appreciate
a minimum of 24 hour notice to cancel or re-schedule your
appointment without incurring a charge. If you’re unable to
provide us with 24 hours notice of cancellation, or you fail
to keep your appointment as scheduled, we reserve the right
to charge your card $25 for each hour of booked service.
Special event styling, specialty chemical or hair processes,
and spa packages for parties of three or more persons,
require a non-refundable deposit payment with a valid credit
or gift card. We accept all major credit cards for your
convenience.
CONFIRMATION – We attempt to confirm all appointments via
SMS/Text, Email, or a phone call at least 24 hours prior to
a scheduled appointment. However, we cannot guarantee a
confirmation call so we ask that you please record the date
& time of your scheduled appointments. We also recommend
that you reserve your next service upon check-out to ensure
availability of your service provider.
