We require the following deposits at
the time of your reservation:
$25 deposit for special occasion styling or makeup and nail spa.
$50 deposit for a spa service or salon chemical service.
$100 deposit for a spa package and spa party reservation per person.
We require a 48 hour cancellation notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
Deposits can be paid by cash, major credit card or Divine Designs Gift
Cards for your convenience. |

To enjoy your spa experience to the
fullest, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your service to allow ample
time for check-in, shower, change into our spa wear and enjoy fresh fruits
and herbal teas in our spa recovery area.
For our salon and nail spa guest we request that you arrive 10 minutes
prior to your reservation to check-in, relax and enjoy a steaming
cappuccino, herb tea or a glass of wine. We request all guests
having chemical services change into a salon robe to protect your clothing. |

Regrettably arriving late will shorten
the time of your treatment so our next guest will not be delayed.
The full treatment value will be charged. |

Please undress to your level of
comfort. Disposable spa wear is available upon request. Our
therapists practice professional draping techniques to ensure your comfort
and privacy during spa services. Robes and slippers are provided in
the men's and women's lounges. Lockers are available for personal
items. We can not be responsible for lost items and recommend you
leave valuable items at home. |

Please inform your therapist prior to
beginning any service of existing medical conditions such as high blood
pressure, allergies, or if you are pregnant. Some treatments may be
inadvisable based on these conditions and it is important that you inform
us accordingly. Please inform your esthetician prior to beginning
your service if you are using alpha-hydroxy acid, Regin A, Renova, Acutane,
Differin or other physician prescriptions or non-prescription medications. |

We offer a menu selection created
especially for our guests by European Gourmet. Our spa cuisine is
enjoyed in many of our spa packages and is available with a minimum of a
24 hour request for all guests. Please ask our concierge for
pricing. |

Our nail specialists focus is the
health and beauty of your nails. We are trained in the art of hand

Divine Designs Salon & Spa can be
reserved for bridal, birthday, corporate events or special
occasions. Please call for a tour and allow us to arrange your
memorable party. |

In consideration of all our guests we
insist that call phones and pagers be silenced upon arrival for your
appointment. Smoking is not permitted in our salon and spa. |

We offer a professional complimentary
consultation with our hair designers to create a unique style or our
estheticians and therapists to customize a treatment exclusively for you. |

Divine Designs Salon offers a tier
system with our Redken and Wella Koleston certified salon designers.
Our pricing varies based on the designer's level of artistic talent and
education. |

In the best interests of children and
our guests, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the salon
without a reservation. Children under the age of 18 are not
permitted in the spa without a reservation. We supply and require a
signed parental consent form for minors before receiving any chemical or
spa services. |

We accept all major credit cards, debit
cards, travelers checks. Utix and Divine Designs gift cards.
We accept personal checks with a valid Florida driver's license. A
$40 fee, or maximum fee allowed by law will be charged for any returned
checks. |

We observe Independence, Labor and
Memorial Days. We close Thanksgiving Day and reopen the following
Monday. We close the week between Christmas and New Year's Day to
celebrate with our families. We may close during select times for
educational seminars or special events. |
