Massage therapy is one of the most effective body & mind rejuvenating treatments you can experience. Studies have proven that massage therapy relieves stress, promotes relaxation, improves your circulatory system, improves your flexibility, lowers your blood pressure, relieves muscular aches and headaches, enhances your body’s natural immune system, and provides you some much needed time for yourself. Our professionally certified male and female therapists practice virtually all modalities of therapeutic massage and use professional draping techniques. We offer massage in various segments to ensure you receive the massage your body needs.
Our 50 minute treatments provide you with a full body massage, and our 75 or 90 minute treatments provide you with a full body massage and additional emphasis on areas that need more attention. As with all of our spa treatments, you must inform us if you’re being treated for any injury or illness, if you’re pregnant or planning to have a baby, and of all known allergies, including food allergies, which you may have. Our treatments may use products that contain natural food or nut based ingredients, organic plant based ingredients, and cosmeceutically produced ingredients.
Our newly introduced Fijian Bobo Massage uses firm massage techniques with Pure Fiji's rich, exotic blend of nut oils infused with tropical flowers to increase circulation, draw out toxins, and reduce muscular aches while rejuvenating, replenishing, hydrating and nourishing your skin. Choose from coconut, orange blossom, noni, pineapple, coconut milk and honey, virgin coconut oil fragrances to help you enjoy this wonderfully exotic experience!
Aromatherapy uses plant extracts in the form of essential oils, and other aromatic compounds for the purpose of altering a person's mind, mood, cognitive function or health during your Swedish Massage directly influences the limbic system of the brain enhancing your relaxation.
Incorporates heated bamboo with essential oils to provide deep-tissue work with a combination of Swedish, lymphatic drainage, and neuromuscular strokes without the intense pressures required for deep penetrating massage therapy. Heated bamboo allows for deeply penetrating maneuvers without the intense pressures required for deep penetrating massage therapy.
Warmed stones are placed on the body and combined with a nourishing exotic body and bath massage oil to release tension, restore balance and increase positive energy flow. The stones are used to gently encourage sore muscles to relax and surrender as circulation increases, bringing a sense of well being and harmony.
This therapy uses deep pressure to focus on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints). This therapy is recommended if you are plagued with muscular knots from extended time spent in static positions or for the massage veteran desiring detailed bodywork.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage helps clear toxins and waste from the body by using a range of specialized and gentle light rhythmic pumping techniques to assist the lymph flow which carry substances vital to the natural defense system of your body. Our Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a great treatment for stress, scars, stretch marks, cellulite, detoxification, chronic fatigue, overweight issues, arthritis, skin problems and overall wellness.
This therapy specifically targets joint and muscular pain relief through the use of applying appropriate pressure to nerve "trigger points" endings. Recommended for veteran massage clients that need immediate muscular pain relief.
(2nd-3rd Trimester Only) Customized positioning and support with a nurturing touch to relieve stress on weight-bearing joints, ankles, lower back and pelvis. This therapy alleviates the neck and back pain caused by muscle imbalance during your pregnancy (post second trimester only please).
This therapy helps you recover from pregnancy and labor. Abdominal massage stimulates circulation and helps flush your body of toxins while helping regain elasticity. Direct pressure helps balance the muscles and joints that supported you throughout labor.
