Guest Services Supervisor

MANAGEMENT WAGE OF $47,840 - $55,120 per annum commensurate with experience and performance to expected standards, this position requires a minimum of two years retail management experience combined with EXCELLENT computer and multi-tasking skills. Experience servicing a high-end clientele is an asset. In addition to scheduling and supervising our guest service staff members, promoting retail products to clients and ensuring a clean, neat and organized retail display area your duties would include, but not be limited to: providing courteous and efficient client service from point of arrival through checkout - booking, changing or canceling salon appointments accurately, maintain established policies, procedures, standards and objectives, maintain a professional work relationship and team attitude with clients and staff, accurately schedule and confirm reservations, changes or cancellations, inform clients of salon & spa policies, accurately process all billing and posting for goods and services, accurately explain menu and packages to clients -possess knowledge at all times of salon & spa operations, clearly communicate information to clients, greet and welcome all clients and staff, maintain and close registers, respond to all client concerns in a prompt, professional, calm and courteous manner - assist in all areas of salon & spa operations, maintain a cooperative team attitude with associates, be aware of appearance, promptness, quality of work and attitudes with clients and associates, actively contribute to finding solutions for challenges, promote professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, workshops and meetings, attend meetings as required, participate in all training sessions and perform all related duties as assigned

Retail Guest Services & Call Center

SPA GUEST SERVICES AND FRONT DESK RETAIL SALES WAGE STARTS AT $15.00 -$17.00 PER HOUR COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES - this position requires a minimum of two years retail sales experience combined with excellent data-entry and computer skills and the ability to multitask with ease. Experience servicing a high-end clientele is an asset. This is an hourly wage position which will require you to work flexible hours, including weekends (Saturday/Sunday) & holidays, to accommodate our retail guests. Licensed Nail Technician

​COMMISSION WITH A $15.00-$18.00 PER HOUR MINIMUM WAGE GUARANTEE COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE - If you're an extremely talented Nail Technician with at least one year of practical experience and you're looking for a dynamic environment to further your career, we invite you to join our team AND receive a $500 signing bonus* by successfully passing our 90-day probationary-training period and fulfilling the requirements of full-time employment with us. An existing client base isn't necessary to apply for this posting but at least one year of experience with references is an absolute requirement.

Licensed Massage Therapist

Salon & Spa Assistant - Housekeeper



​Our Salon & Spa Assistants have responsibility for monitoring and cleaning the salon & spa to include but not limited to, locker/shower areas, reception, waiting, treatment, and storage areas. This is a retail spa environment and your schedule will vary as dictated by our client demands and will include weekends.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  maintaining the highest degree of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the spa area, maintaining the inventory of all items placed in the salon & spa, housekeeping & laundry services throughout the salon & spa area, deliver linens and other items as needed, assist any associates as needed, be a greeter for our clients, and assist with any client needs.  If you’re extremely detail oriented, possess excellent communication skills, friendly, a people-oriented, customer driven individual and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, we invite you to apply to join our team by submitting your resume or contacting us for an interview.   Bilingual ability and Housekeeping Experience are assets for this position.  This is a hourly wage position which will require you to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate our retail guests.​

Our Minimum Wage Guarantee provides for a guaranteed hourly base wage and recorded and-or reported gratuities dependent on your level of experience and technical ability in your chosen profession.
